Does anyone even like Miley Cyrus anymore?
Well I'm not sure anyone really likes her anymore, But I know I'm not a fan anymore.
I used to be a completely huge fan of her, But you know something changed, I wasn't sure if it was me or her, then I thought about it...it was Her. If you've paid attention to her lately you noticed she has been making very poor choices (ie. Dating older guys, wearing revealing clothing, wearing short shorts, making out with guys on a beach?! Things someone claiming purity shouldn't be doing) one I can't agree with nor support. I wonder 'Where are her Parents?' but they just never seem to be there. So I wonder is it her trying to get America's attention? Or is she trying to get her Parent's attention?
You know I would normally say all the changes are ok, but it's really not because she has little kids looking up to her but she doesn't seem to act like she cares anymore. Because if she really understands kids want to be just like her, would she act that way? Would she really want a kid to act that way?
But you know there is one girl looking up to her whose already turning into her...can you guess...Noah Cyrus.
Does it all look innocent guess how old she is...10. How old was she when that picture was taken? she wasn't 10 but 9. 9 Years old and dressed like that. People say it's innocent...but is it? is it really innocent? Would YOU let your kid or sister or anyone dress in that at 9? sure she's at a costume party, but that's a little too short to be wearing at 9. Now you may not agree but it's something I've been noticing and to tell you the truth it's quite frightening, I worry for both of them. We don't need another Paris or Brittany. All we need is someone who says what they believe and actually act like it (in case you didn't know they're 'Christian's'). What do you think? Do you agree or disagree? I pray God will help us, and them. And I hope that Celebrities will stop falling and taking some kids down with them.

ReplyDeleteI think you are seeing things very clearly and I am very happy for that. You are probably right on both fronts, she is seeking others attention but she is probably seeking her parents attention also. It is so hard to grow up in the spotlight of Hollywood and many of Disney's stars that are too old at 17 seem to run the race of the fast lane when their shows / movies die off. You have a good challenge that you put out their for your peers I hope it helps.
Angie this is very good and very insightful. I didn't really notice just what was going on with Miley but I'm agreeing with you one hundred percent on that one. She shouldn't be dressing that way at that age and you're right. I don't even want you dressing that way and you're 14 (almost 15) and trust me, none of my girls will ever dress that way...if they ever do, give me a reality check! :)
